The Komatsu PC 360 LC has two boom mode settings: Power and Smooth. The Power setting is for digging through rock or earthy soil, while the Smooth setting is for gathering material from a site, such as sand or gravel, and for fine grading operations. When needed, the machine’s PowerMax system temporarily raises the Power setting to make the motor work harder.
